An Egyptian non-profit organization that educates and develops the individual through specialized training to create a workforce capable addressing the labor market needs thereby raising their standard of living through providing training grants for young people, training women-headed households on handicrafts as well as programs to develop the skills of people with special needs.
The foundation succeeded in training more than 6000 candidates to date, 70% of whom got job opportunities after the training.
